I’m extremely excited to announce the launch of the revamped and improved OnewheelMarket.com!
I recently launched V2 of OnewheelMarket.com and couldn’t be more excited about it.
I started OnewheelUtah.com as a way to provide digital resources to the Onewheel community that I love to be a part of. I’ve played with a few different ideas but writing a blog about Onewheel’s is where I really started to see traction and that helped me understand that there are needs in the community that are still unaddressed.
One of the biggest, and one that I had personally, was a way to buy and sell used Onewheel’s.
I spent a fair amount of time thinking about how to build a system on my current CMS (WordPress) that could do what I wanted. I had a decent V1, but it was too manual and slow. The user experience was clunky and I never felt good about it. And even with that, you guys still used it! People still uploaded used Onewheel’s and purchased them!
So I’m proud today to announce a much improved, but ever improving, new platform for OnewheelMarket.com.
With the new system creating an account, uploading a used Onewheel and purchasing safely are easier than ever!
I also firmly believe this will be a better place than eBay, Craigslist or other marketplaces because this one is 100% dedicated to Onewheel’s.
If you want to buy or sell a new, used or refurbished Onewheel or related accessories, my websites get almost 100k visits a year from people who are interested in that world. This means the intent is way higher. And because I’m a community member myself I know how important buying legit, non-stolen, Onewheel’s is and I’m always making improvements to make sure that stolen boards get returned, not sold.
I’m just getting started on this project and I’m excited to continue to build and refine it for years to come.
